New Issue: Capistrano USD, Calif., sells $87.48 million special tax refunding bonds

New York, July 17 – The Community Facilities District No. 98-2 of the Capistrano Unified School District of California priced $87.48 million of series 2015 subordinate special tax refunding bonds, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/BBB+/) were sold competitively. The issuer did not respond to requests for the winning bidder Friday.
The bonds are due 2016 to 2029 with 3% to 5% coupons and 0.75% to 3.596% yields.
Proceeds will be used to refund existing bonds.
