New Issue: Saint Francis Medical Center, Mo., brings $120.27 million revenue bonds

New York, April 11 - The Cape Girardeau County Industrial Development Authority of Missouri sold $120,265,000 of series 2013A health facilities revenue bonds for the Saint Francis Medical Center, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/A+/AA-) were sold through Piper Jaffray & Co. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.
The bonds are due 2014 to 2028 with term bonds due in 2033, 2037 and 2043. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2033 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 111.253 and the 2037 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 110.029. The 2043 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 98.277.
Proceeds will be used to finance, refinance and reimburse the costs of health facilities and to refund certain maturities from the outstanding series 2002A and series 2009A revenue bonds.
