Nerval/Lamartine talks benchmark green bond at mid-swaps plus 170 to 175 bps

Chicago, April 8 – SAS Nerval is talking a benchmark offer of green bonds (//A-) at a spread of mid-swaps plus 170 basis points to 175 bps, according to an announcement.

The bonds, due April 15, 2032, were rated by Fitch at an €800 million size.

The bonds will be guaranteed by SCI Lamartine.

Lamartine is a French property company focused on a middle-income residential portfolio.
