Moody's gives Cantor Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a first-time issuer rating of Baa3 to Cantor Fitzgerald, LP.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said that the Baa3 rating is supported by Cantor's improving competitive position and profitability as well as the firm's conservative market and credit risk profile, which are reinforced by the firm's partnership structure.
