S&P rates Cantor Fitzgerald notes BBB-

S&P said it assigned a BBB- rating to Cantor Fitzgerald LP's new senior unsecured notes.

The ratings are the same as S&P’s ratings on Cantor Fitzgerald’s outstanding senior unsecured notes.

The issuer is expected to use the proceeds for general business purposes, including repayment of the firm's $650 million note issue due on May 1.

The outlook is stable.
