Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 30 – BofA Finance LLC priced $1.21 million of floating-rate notes due Jan. 27, 2028, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a monthly coupon at a rate equal to the highest of the two-year U.S. dollar SOFR ICE swap rate, the 10-year U.S. dollar SOFR ICE swap rate and the 30-year U.S. dollar SOFR ICE swap rate.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any accrued interest.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
