Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 30 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $7.59 million of 0% buffered jump securities with downside factor and principal exposure due Feb. 13, 2024 linked to the two-year U.S. Dollar SOFR ICE Swap Rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final rate is greater than or equal to the threshold rate, 50% of the initial reference rate, the payout at maturity will be par plus 11.5%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 2% for every 1% decline of the rate below the threshold rate.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
