Morgan Stanley to price CMS curve, Russell 2000 range accrual notes

Madison, Wis., April 20 - Morgan Stanley plans to price CMS curve and Russell 2000 index-linked range accrual notes due April 29, 2026, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly and will accrue at an annualized rate of 8.125% for each day that the spread of the 30-year Constant Maturity Swap rate over the two-year CMS rate is at least zero and the level of the Russell 2000 is at least 615.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes (Cusip: 61745EK67) will settle on April 29.
