Wireless Systems gets further interim access to cash collateral

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 12 – Wireless Systems Solutions, LLC received further interim approval to access the cash collateral of its secured creditors, according to a seventh interim order filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

The Small Business Administration and the bankruptcy administrator have consented to the debtor’s use of the cash collateral.

A further hearing is scheduled for Sept. 29.

The Morrisville, N.C.-based cellular network solutions company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on March 9, 2022 under case number 22-00513.
