Wireless Systems will not have unsecured creditors committee

Chicago, April 28 – Wireless Systems Solutions, LLC will not have a committee of creditors holding unsecured claims due to insufficient interest, according to a note in the docket for the case with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

The Morrisville, N.C.-based cellular network solutions company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on March 9 under case number 22-00513.
