Prospect News reports one new default for March 10-March 16

Olympia, Wash., March 18 – Prospect News reported one new default for the period of March 10 through March 16.

Specifically, Prospect News reported a Chapter 11 filing made by Wireless Systems Solutions, LLC.

Prospect News also reported a missed interest and principal payment on Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Co. Ltd.’s 12.95% senior notes due 2022, but the company had previously defaulted on Dec. 13 with a missed interest payment.

So far in 2022, Prospect News has reported 19 defaults, including seven Chapter 11 filings, four Chapter 15 filings, three each of missed interest and principal payments and missed interest payments, and one each of liquidations and bankruptcy filings.

Wireless Systems Solutions reported more than $1 million in assets and more than $1 billion in liabilities.
