Fitch rates American Medical notes BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB+ rating to the senior unsecured notes to be issued by American Medical Systems Europe BV. The issuer’s parent Boston Scientific Corp., rated BBB+, will guarantee the notes.

The agency said it also affirmed Boston Scientific’s BBB+ ratings.

The outlook is stable.
