Davey Coach signs new credit facility for $20 million

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 14 – Davey Coach Holdings entered a $20 million senior credit facility with lender CIT Northbridge Credit, as advised by CIT Asset Management LLC, according to a press release Monday.

The new facility will refinance existing debt, provide working capital and help finance future growth.

Sedalia, Colo.-based Davey Coach is a shuttle bus dealer and fleet rental service provider and is a portfolio company of Progress Equity Partners.
