Episil-Precision to sell up to NT$500 million 0% three-year convertible bonds

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 14 – Taiwan’s Episil-Precision Inc. plans to sell up to NT$500 million of 0% convertible bonds with a three-year tenor at 101, according to a company notice on Monday.

Kgi Securities Co. Ltd. is the underwriter for the offering with Kgi Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. as trustee.

Proceeds will be used to purchase machinery, equipment and the related installation costs.

No further details were included with the notice.

Episil-Precision is a semiconductor and electronics manufacturer located in Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
