Lucira Health’s official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., March 8 – Lucira Health, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed, according to a notice filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The members are Norwalt Design Inc., based in Randolph, N.J., New England Biolabs, Inc., based in Ipswich, Mass., Bluebird Express, LLC, based in Valley Stream, N.Y., Biosearch Technologies, Inc., based in Petaluma, Calif., and Plitek, LLC, based in Prospect Heights, Ill.

Lucira is a medical technology company based in Emeryville, Calif. The company filed bankruptcy on Feb. 22 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10242.
