Moody's: Ferrara Candy unchanged by add-on

Moody's Investors Service said Candy Intermediate Holdings, Inc.'s proposed $40 million add-on to its $425 million principal first-lien term loan is a moderate credit negative but does not impact the company's B3 corporate family rating or stable outlook. The company does business as Ferrara Candy Co.
