Olaplex Holdings to launch $675 million term loan B on Tuesday

New York, Feb. 7 – Olaplex Holdings Inc. will hold a lender call at 12:30 p.m. ET on Tuesday to launch a $675 million term loan B, according to a market source.

Goldman Sachs Bank USA is the left lead arranger on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the company’s existing capital structure.

Advent International is the sponsor.

Olaplex is a hair care company.
