Fitch affirms Scientific Games

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Scientific Games Holdings LP's (SG Lottery) issuer default rating at B with a stable outlook.

The agency also affirmed the company’s senior secured credit facility at BB-/RR2 and its unsecured notes at B/RR4.

“The B IDR reflects SG Lottery's high but improving leverage, as well as its solid market position in the lottery industry that generates high margins, durable cashflows and discretionary FCF,” the agency said in a news release.
