Fitch views London & Quadrant negatively

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlook on London & Quadrant Housing Trust's long-term foreign- and local-currency issuer default ratings to negative from stable and affirmed the IDRs at A+.

“The outlooks have been revised to negative to reflect those of the U.K. sovereign (AA-/negative),” Fitch said in a press release.
