Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 18 – TaiChen Development (BVI) Ltd., a subsidiary of Longjitaihe Property Co., Ltd., priced $31.1 million of 12½% senior notes due June 19, 2022, according to according to a listing notice on Tuesday.
Listing for the notes is expected on the Singapore Exchange effective Jan. 19.
The issuer is a BVI-incorporated subsidiary of China’s Longjitaihe Property, which develops urban complex projects, residential communities and other projects.
