Sociedad de Transmision Austral plans $390 million green notes due 2031

Concord, N.H., Jan. 21 – Sociedad de Transmision Austral SA plans to price $390 million no-grow senior green notes due Jan. 26, 2031, according to an informed source.

The notes were talked to yield Treasuries plus low 200 basis points area.

Pricing was expected to occur on Friday.

The company is based in Chile with operations mainly in the electric power sector.
