Fitch views Acu Petroleo, Prumo stably

Fitch Rating said it changed the outlooks for Acu Petroleo Luxembourg Sarl and Prumo Participacoes e Investimentos SA to stable from negative following a similar revision to Brazil’s sovereign outlook.

The agency also affirmed the BB ratings on the issuers’ senior secured notes.
