DBRS rates Canadian REIT notes BBB

DBRS said it assigned a BBB rating with a stable trend to the C$100 million 2.564% series C senior debentures due 2019 issued by Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust.

Proceeds will be used for repayment of existing debt and for general trust purposes.
