New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.19 million capped buffer gears linked to iShares ETF

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.19 million of 0% capped buffer gears due Dec. 1, 2025 linked to the iShares Semiconductor ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.5 times any ETF gain, capped at par plus 39.1%.

If the ETF falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% ETF decline beyond 20%.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the agents.
