Buffalo, N.Y., March 22 – Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce priced $2.6 million of 0% capped Market Index Target-Term Securities due March 27, 2026 tied to the Bloomberg Commodity index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus any index gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 45%.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
