Concentrix will further borrow on bank facility for PK acquisition

Chicago, Nov. 22 – Concentrix Corp. said that it would fund its acquisition of PK with additional bank debt borrowings under an amended credit facility, according to a press release.

Concentrix is buying PK, a design engineering company, from funds managed by Carlyle.

Concentrix is a provider of customer experience solutions and technology with headquarters in Fremont, Calif.
