Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 29 – GS Finance Corp. priced $12.9 million of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Dec. 8, 2028 tied to the Goldman Sachs Momentum Builder Focus ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus a 7% annualized call premium if the index closes at or above its call level on any annual valuation date. Call level begins at 101.5% of initial level and steps up by 1.5% per year.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return if the index finishes at or above its initial level.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter. JPMorgan is acting as placement agent.
