Volkswagen's VCL Multi-Compartment calls remaining asset-backed notes
Chicago, Oct. 11 – VCL Multi-Compartment SA is calling the remaining notes from two series via a clean-up call, according to a notice.
The company is redeeming the remaining €941 million class A Compartment VCL 30 notes due January 2026 (ISIN: XS2114331759) and the remainder of the €19 million class B Compartment VCL 30 notes due January 2026 (ISIN: XS2114331919).
The notes will be redeemed at par plus interest to the Oct. 21 redemption date.
The issuer is part of Volkswagen Financial Services AG, Branschweig.
