Singapore’s SIA Engineering establishes S$1 billion MTN program

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 29 – SIA Engineering Co. Ltd. established a S$1 billion medium-term note program, according to a notice.

The notes may bear interest at fixed, floating, variable or hybrid rates or may not bear interest.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing borrowings and financing of investments, acquisitions, general working capital and/or capital expenditures.

The company has applied to list the note program on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.

SIA is a provider of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services in Asia-Pacific. It is based in Singapore.
