China Bohai Bank establishes $2 billion medium-term note program

Chicago, Oct. 29 – China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd. (Baa3/BBB-) established a $2 billion medium-term note program on Thursday, according to an offering circular.

The Regulation S program is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Notes may either be issued by the bank or China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch.

CLSA Ltd. is the listed arranger.

Clifford Chance and King & Wood Mallesons are working as legal advisers to the issuer.

Linklaters and Haiwen & Partners are advising the arrangers.

The commercial bank is based in Tianjin, China.
