Seche Environnement talks €300 million seven-year sustainability-linked notes at 2¼%-2½%

Portland, Ore., Oct. 27 – Seche Environnement SA talked its €300 million offering of seven-year sustainability-linked senior notes (BB/BB) to yield 2¼% to 2½%, according to a market source.

Books close on Thursday.

BNP Paribas is the left bookrunner.

The Regulation S notes come with three years of call protection.

The Paris-based provider of residential and commercial solid waste services plans to use the proceeds to repay debt and for general corporate purpose.
