Maxima Grupe starts investor calls for €300 million five-year offer

Chicago, June 27 – Maxima Grupe, UAB started fixed-income investor calls on Monday for a new offering (BB+), according to an announcement.

The company is planning to offer €300 million of five-year notes in a Regulation S deal.

Citi, J.P. Morgan, Luminor and MUFG have been given the mandate.

The bonds will be issued under the company’s new medium-term note program.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes. The company started a related tender offer on Monday. Tendering noteholders may be given priority in the allocation of the new notes, and vice versa.

Maxima Grupe is part of the Vilniaus Prekyba group which controls and manages the group of subsidiary companies operating chains of retail stores and pharmacies as well as real estate development and property management companies in the Baltic States, Sweden, Poland and Bulgaria.
