Moody's: Campbell notes A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 rating to $500 million of 10-year senior notes issued by Campbell Soup Co.

The company's A2 senior rating and prime-1 short-term rating remain unchanged.

The outlook is stable.

The senior notes are due April 15, 2021 and pay a coupon of 4.25% with a yield to maturity of 4.313%, Moody's said.
