New York, Oct. 19 – Mission Veterinary Partners is scheduled to hold a lender call at noon ET on Wednesday to launch a fungible $250 million incremental first-lien term loan, according to a market source.

Golub Capital is the lead on the deal.

The company is also getting a $225 million privately placed first-lien delayed-draw term loan, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to fund acquisitions.
