Gulf Coast Health official committee of unsecured creditors formed

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 26 – Gulf Coast Health Care, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Monday by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The members are Karen Dailey of Omnicare, Inc., based in Phoenix, Shane Reed of Medline Industries LP, based in Northfield, Ill., Jennifer Heeringa of Gordon Food Service, based in Milton, Ont., Bob Webster of Elite Medical Staffing, based in Largo, Fla., and Tom Napolitano of Vista Clinical Diagnostics, LLC, based in Clermont, Fla.

Pensacola, Fla.-based Gulf Coast Health Care is a nursing home chain. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Oct. 14 under case number 21-11336.
