Arcaplanet to price €550 million senior secured notes due 2028

Los Angeles, Oct. 7 – Shiba BidCo SpA (Arcaplanet) plans to issue €550 million of senior secured notes due 2028 (B2/B) guaranteed by Noah 2 SpA, Agrifarma SpA and Maxi Zoo Italia SpA, according to a London Stock Exchange notice.

The notes will be sold at par.

Deutsche Bank AG is the manager.

The pet care supply company is based in Genoa, Italy.
