Landsea Homes extends maturity of credit agreement to October 2026

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 1 – Landsea Homes Corp. extended the maturity date of its Oct. 6, 2021 credit agreement by one year on July 31, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The maturity date was extended to Oct. 6, 2026 from Oct. 6, 2025.

The homebuilder is based in Newport Beach, Calif.
