Norway’s Sparebanken Vest contemplates senior non-preferred bond sale

Chicago, May 31 – Sparebanken Vest Boligkreditt AS (Aa3) is contemplating a new issue of green senior non-preferred bonds, according to a notice.

The potential issuer has given the mandate to SEB and SpareBank 1 Markets.

The green bond framework was developed in accordance with ICMA green bond principles.

The savings bank is based in Bergen, Norway.
