New Issue: Sparebanken Vest sells NOK 2.5 billion green bonds in two series

Concord, N.H., March 30 – Sparebanken Vest Boligkreditt AS has priced NOK 2.5 billion green senior preferred bonds in two four-year tranches.

The NOK 1.7 billion tranche of floating-rate notes was issued at par with a coupon of three-month Nibor plus 68 basis points.

The NOK 800 million tranche of fixed-rate notes was issued at par with a 3.515% coupon.

Nordea and SEB are bookrunners of the transaction.

The issuer is a subsidiary of Sparebanken Vest, a bank based in Bergen, Norway.
