By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 23 – Camden Property Trust intends to price notes, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

BofA Securities Inc., Jefferies LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for the early redemption of all of the company’s $250 million of 4.625% senior notes due 2021 and to repay all of the approximately $45.5 million of its 4.38% secured conventional mortgage notes due 2045.

The real estate investment trust for apartment communities is based in Houston.
