Moody’s gives Baa2 to Kyndryl notes

Moody’s Investors Service said it gave a Baa2 rating to Kyndryl Holdings, Inc.’s planned senior unsecured notes due 2034.

The agency concurrently affirmed Kyndryl’s Baa2 senior unsecured rating.

The outlook is stable.
