New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $742,000 of buffered accelerated return equity notes on ETF, index

Chicago, Sept. 21 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $742,000 of 0% buffered accelerated return equity securities due Sept. 20, 2027 linked to the least performing of the Vanguard Value ETF and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each asset closes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 171.5% the return of the least performing asset.

Otherwise, investors will be full exposed to the losses of the worst performer.
