New Issue: Cambrian Mining raises £3.41 million in private placement of stock

Atlanta, March 23 - Cambrian Mining plc said it has completed a private placement for £3,414,999.
The company sold 1,626,190 shares at 210p each to RAB Special Situations LLP.
The investor also received warrants for 813,095 shares at 210p each.
Based in London, Cambrian is a mining investment company. It plans to use the proceeds for future investments.
