All My Sons to get syndicated financing for recapitalization

Portland, Ore., Sept. 16 – Antares Capital and Golub Capital will lead a new syndicated financing to support the recapitalization of All My Sons by Golden Gate Capital in partnership with the founder and management team, according to a market source.

An investor presentation is expected to take place in late September.

Carrollton, Tex.-based All My Sons provides residential moving and related services.
