Mold-Rite plans new financing for buyout by Clearlake Capital

New York, Sept. 14 – Mold-Rite Plastics LLC plans on getting new syndicated financing to help fund its acquisition by Clearlake Capital Group LP from Irving Place Capital, according to a news release.

Deutsche Bank is leading the financing.

Mold-Rite is a Plattsburgh, N.Y.-based manufacturer of packaging components.
