Itelyum talks €450 million five-year secured sustainability linked notes to yield 5%-5¼%

Portland, Ore., Sept. 14 – Italy-based chemicals manufacturer Itelyum Group talked its €450 million offering of five-year senior secured sustainability linked notes (B2/B) to yield 5% to 5¼%, according to a market source.

The deal is set to price on Wednesday.

BofA and Credit Suisse are leading the offering.

The notes come with two years of call protection.

The issuing entity Verde Bidco SpA, a holding company of Itelyum.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the acquisition of Itelyum by Stirling Square Capital Partners and Deutsche Beteiligungs AG.
