New Issue: Swiss Life prices upsized €600 million 10-year green notes at 99.486

Los Angeles, Sept. 9 – Swiss Life Finance I AG priced €600 million of 10-year fixed-rate green senior notes guaranteed by Swiss Life Holding AG at 99.486, according to a notice.

J.P. Morgan AG, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and UBS Investment Bank are the managers.

The deal size was initially expected to be €500 million, as previously reported.

The notes will be listed on SIX Swiss Exchange.

The insurer is based in Zurich.
