Swiss Life plans euro-denominated 10-year green senior notes

Concord, N.H., Sept. 8 – Swiss Life Finance I AG is in the market on Wednesday with an offering of euro-denominated green senior notes due in 10 years, according to notices published by the London Stock Exchange.

Swiss Life Holding AG is guarantor of the securities, which have an expected deal size of €500 million.

J.P. Morgan AG, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and UBS Investment Bank are managers for the offering.

The insurer is based in Zurich.
