CMS International Gemstone lists $2 billion medium-term note program

Chicago, Sept. 7 – CMS International Gemstone Ltd. has listed a $2 billion medium-term note program on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd., according to a notice.

Any notes issued under the Regulation S program will be guaranteed by China Merchants Securities International Co., Ltd.

The notes may be issued during the 12-month period starting Sept. 6.

The listing of the program is expected to be effective on Tuesday.

China Merchants Securities is a trading and brokerage firm based in Shenzhen, China.
