Chicago, Aug. 19 – Genova Property Group AB issued an additional SEK 250 million of floating-rate green bonds at 101, according to a notice.
The bonds have an interest rate of Stibor plus 415 basis points.
The new bonds will be combined with an original SEK 400 million of the bonds issued in September 2020.
The bonds are now formally classified as green. Since the original issue, Genova has further increased its focus on sustainability has established a green finance framework. The original bonds were reclassified as green, with the add-on.
Nordea Bank Abp was the arranger and bookrunner. Fixed-income investor meetings were held on Tuesday.
Proceeds will be used in accordance with Genova’s green finance framework.
The bonds will be listed on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
